  The e-commerce shopfront team have been rebuilding shop.coop.co.uk to be faster, more technically modern, and be closer in design and behaviour to Co-op’s vision for quick commerce. The new shopfront website is now ready to be shown to a small percentage of customers, so as to gather feedback and monitor the commercial and technical performance of the new site. On Wednesday 17th July 2024, 1% of traffic will be configured to be directed to new website. The customers on the new service will see a banner which will give them the option to revert to the original site. Based on performance, the traffic percentage will be increased over time.
