    The Imperva URLs are still being investigated as potential root cause, InfoSec have been contacted to reach out to Imperva for further support. Next update 16:00 or sooner if the situation changes.

    The issue with the offers website continues to be investigated, it has been suggested that Imperva URLs might be causing the page to be stuck in a reboot loop but this is still being looked in to. Next update 12:00 or sooner if the situation warrants.

    The issue with the offers website is still being investigated. It was thought that a deployment made earlier today might have caused the interruption to service, but this has since been rolled back and the issue is still present. Platform engineers are supporting with the investigation. Next update tomorrow at 10am, or sooner if the situation warrants.

    We are aware of an issue where members are unable to load offers on the web, via coop.co.uk/offers. This issue is being investigated. Members attempting to view or select offers in the app are unaffected. Next update 17:30 or sooner if the situation warrants.
