  Since Saturday (17/09) 21:38, customers were unable to use the search function on shop.coop.co.uk, during this time customers were able to browse and select products using the category menus.

  This incident was caused due to some security rules being disabled, these rules were re-enabled this morning to restore service.

  Root cause as to why these were disabled will be investigated on Monday, and a post incident review will follow.
