  The performance issues affecting shop.coop.co.uk site where customers were intermittently unable to search for a store or place orders has now stabilised. This also impacted the store colleague picker application in the same way. Our 3rd party supplier Naveo increased memory on their price services which resolved the issue at approx. 1:30pm. A post incident review will be held to understand the contributing factors. No further updates.

• Investigating

  We currently investigating performance issues on the shop.coop.co.uk site where customers are intermittently unable to search for a store and place orders. Increased response times are being observed during transactions. Our 3rd party supplier Naveo have been engaged to support investigations. Next update: 2pm.
