    The remedial work the team have applied has meant that we have been successfully monitoring stable service for the last 24 hours. We are confident the issue is now resolved. An internal Post Incident Review will be held to take away important learnings & help us understand how we prevent a reoccurrence. No further updates.

    We are seeing continued stability since the team applied the configuration fix to the backend service. The team are working on a permanent fix once the root cause has been identified. Next update 17:00 or sooner if one is available.

    The team have applied a configuration fix to the backend service to manage the problem. This is a temporary fix whilst the team continue to investigate the root cause and we will continue to monitor stability. Next update Tuesday 31st May at 13:00 or sooner if one is available.

    We’re aware of an intermittent issue impacting Funeralcare customers purchasing a pre-paid plan online. The team are investigating the root cause to restore service stability. Customers can still call the Funeralcare team on 0800 088 4872 to speak to an advisor. Next update 18:00.
