  The Funeralcare Core Transformation wave 2.5 is now live. The maintenance page was removed from the pre-paid plans section of the Funeralcare website at 9am this morning. Website functionality has been tested and sales have been recorded since then. No further updates.

• Update

  The upgrade to the pre-paid plans website as part of wave 2.5 of the Funeralcare Core Transformation has been delayed due to issues observed with the rules between the old system and new system, which need to be reconciled before going-live. The maintenance page has been updated to advise customers of the delay, and the website is now expected to launch tomorrow, Tuesday 13th February.

  As part of wave 2.5 of the Funeralcare Core Transformation the pre-paid plans section of the website will be unavailable starting from 3pm tomorrow, 2nd February until Monday 12th February. A banner has been placed on the website all week informing of this planned system upgrade.
