  All updates to the Funeralcare website have been completed today, this means we are now compliant to the new funeral plan industry regulations. The maintenance page for the Funeralcare pre-paid plans webpage to ‘buy a plan’ has successfully been removed, customers can now purchase plans online. No further updates.

  The change to deploy a maintenance page to the Funeralcare pre-paid plans webpage to ‘buy a plan’ was successfully applied. The maintenance page will remain on the site until all updates are made to the website on Tuesday 3rd May, to ensure we are compliant to the new funeral plan industry regulations.

  As a precursor to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation on the funeral plan industry, Co-op Funeralcare is separating the Funeral Plans operation into a new legal entity named Co-op Funeral Plans Limited. To support this change, on Saturday 31st April from 10pm a maintenance page will be applied to the Funeralcare pre-paid plans page as no plans can be sold until all regulatory changes are completed to the website on Tuesday 3rd May.
