  A change has been logged for 06:00 on Wednesday 24th May to update the JWK_PUBLIC_KEY in AWS Production Parameter Store. As a result of this, Account will experience an outage of approximately 20 minutes. During this outage new sign ins will be unsuccessful, meaning customers attempting to sign in to view their wallet, offers or link their membership to e-commerce transactions will be temporarily unable to do so. Members already signed in will not be impacted.

  This will be fully tested to ensure the Account service is fully available on all platforms following implementation.
