Hello everyone.
As part of the new structure for Co-op Technology, the Customer Platform - Service Team have consolidated our individual Statuspages across our technology within Customer platform into a single page. As a result all existing subscribers will receive updates for all areas within the Customer Platform Clusters i.e. Digital Engagement & Loyalty, Retail eCommerce, Funeralcare Customer and Web & Mobile.
What is a Statuspage? It’s a communication tool, that informs our customer base, where we tell them about any issues, incidents, outages and scheduled maintenance that we think our users might be interested in knowing of. Note: Our focus of these communications is to make our customers aware of the health of our technology we support and does not replace the communications of our Co-op Technology Major Incident Management team (MIM) who communicate to a wider audience across Technology and the business.
