Sev 3 Incident - PPS Timeouts

    We have been monitoring response times from PPS and have observed that service has been stable for over an hour now. No further reports of high response times have been received. PPS will provide us with root cause analysis and a PIR will be held. No further updates.

  • Investigating

    We are aware of an issue where some customers are unable to view offers due to timeouts from PPS, our third-party supplier. We are currently investigating this with PPS, customers are intermittently unable to view & select offers. Next update 12:15.
