We have identified the problem as an issue with the configuration of our new TLS certificates and have applied a mitigation to resolve the Cloud Access Manager outage. The service is now fully operational.

Teradici is temporarily experiencing an outage that is impacting Cloud Access Manager customers. This outage impacts users' ability to establish PCoIP connections to their Remote Workstations. In addition, administrators are unable to create new deployments nor administer them. We are actively investigating and will report back in 60 minutes.
