When using the Email to Print service, some users have been prompted to re-send documents as PDF format before they can be printed. To help resolve issues in sending Office documents, there is planned maintenance for the Email to Print service on the afternoon of Wednesday 17th June, where the service may be intermittently unavailable while this is completed.
