We are changing status page services next Monday, February 24 at 12pm PDT (7pm UTC). As part of this change, anyone who is currently subscribed to email or SMS status updates will need to re-subscribe using the new service in order to continue receiving updates. To avoid missing out on future notifications, you can visit https://camstatus.statuspage.io at any time prior to the changeover and click the "Subscribe to updates" button to subscribe to updates from our new status page service.
After the changeover is complete, the URL https://status.teradici.com will point to our new status page and we will no longer send status updates from the previous service.

Update
We have identified the problem as an issue with the configuration of our new TLS certificates and have applied a mitigation to resolve the Cloud Access Manager outage. The service is now fully operational.
