Due to an unexpected service incident, users of Turnitin, Turnitin UK, Similarity, Originality, SimCheck, Authorship, iThenticate, Crossref, and iThenticate V2 — including those accessing these services via integrations, may have experienced delays in Similarity Report generation. The incident occurred between the following times: PDT: 23.20 April 13th, - April 14th, 02.45 BST: April 14th, 07:20 - April 14th, 10:45 AEST: April 14th, 16.20 - April 14th, 19.45 We regret any inconvenience this may have caused if you were impacted by today’s incident.

Panopto EU Cloud Scheduled Downtime

Scheduled On Friday, April 11th, 2025, Panopto will take the EU cloud offline at 21:00 UTC (22:00 GMT) to perform updates to the Panopto Database. During this time, the site will be inaccessible. Maintenance is scheduled to take 3 hours. This action will help improve the overall stability and capacity of Panopto EU cloud infrastructure.
