  • Investigating

    A disruption in service occurred at 6.46 am. The disruption degraded the performance of Signalbox API detect endpoint and as a result, we were unable to match approximately 20% of trains. The disruption was resolved at 7.22am.

    The cause of the incident has been identified and we are implementing procedures to prevent this type of incident from occurring again.
