Cloud Access Manager functionality has been returned to normal. Teradici will continue to monitor to ensure there are no side effects.
» UpdatedTeradici has deployed additional mitigations for issues relating to premature session expiry when using the Cloud Access Manager Admin Console and errors when attempting to establish PCoIP connections to Remote Workstations. Teradici is continuing to monitor these mitigations and will report back in 60 minutes.

This outage impacts users' ability to establish PCoIP connections to their Remote Workstations. In addition, administrators are unable to create new deployments nor administer them. Teradici is actively investigating and will report back in 60 minutes.
