» UpdatedSome customers may be unable to access those environments, or if they are able to access, they will experience intermittent login timeout errors and performance degradation. Teradici team continues to investigate and explore various resolution paths. » UpdatedThe Teradici team continues to investigate the issue with not being able to access the Teradici support site (help.teradici.com). Traffic filters have been applied across all EU and NA instances, and we are in the midst of applying those across all AP instances. The Technology team is also rebalancing traffic across all server clusters due to the automatic failovers that occurred when non-encrypted traffic was restricted. We will provide updates as we work through the issue.
