    We want to make you aware that this Thursday (11/07) at 10am PDT (05:00 UTC) there will be a scheduled maintenance window for CAM Service approx 1 hour. We will be using this time to add new network capability to our infrastructure.

    We expect no observable downtime during the window. DNS entries will need to propagate on your local network and the wider internet for the change to take affect and this can take up to 60 minutes depending on your organization's DNS Caching Policy.

    While our domain names will not change, the IPs you use to connect to cam.teradici.com will. Please provide the following list of IPs to your IT team if you employ whitelisting within your organization:
